I’m 5’9, 30” waste, bigger lower half. I’ve got two pairs that I ordered large, I love them but have to pull up quite often. The medium pair fit me amazing, they are extremely well made and durable. Love the grey colour!
These by far are the best fitting and figure flattering leggings I have ever had. I plan to get a pair in every color because the fit is so incredible. I highly recommend these. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

This bra perfectly complements the grey leggings I bought in the same colour. I am size S in this ( bust 34”, waist 27”, and hips 37”) It is most comfortable, gives a good shape and the neutral almost “taupe” grey looks amazing with tops in other neutrals or ‘brights’ overlaid. I wear gym gear every day, so to find something ‘different’ like Firm Ab kit is an amazing bonus. I love it!!!
These are super soft, super chic, and super edgy. They feel nice and move with ease. I look extremely put together and fashionable. As an aerial yoga teacher, they pass the test!
I was attracted to these leggings (and the matching grey bra) because it’s the sort of ‘neutral’ that looks good with lots of different colour gym tops. It also compliments my naturally grey hair! I am size 34” bust, 27” waist and 37” hips. I find size S in both items fitted perfectly. If I had any ‘gripe’ it would be that I would love to have the option to buy leggings in a longer leg length, as I am quite tall.

These are the hottest-looking pants I’ve ever worn! I have them in black, pink, and blue/grey. No matter which color I’m wearing I get tons of compliments, and 10 times more people just staring. Ladies, if you don’t want to draw attention to your assets, these pants aren’t for you. But if you’ve worked hard on them and want to show off, these pants do deliver. They are not only hot to look at, but also very comfortable, thick material, and very well made. 10/10 recommend!!

Really like the cargo pants, but I think they run a little large. Recommended ordering a size smaller than usual
I teach yoga and Pilates so I’m very picky about my workout attire. Not only are these super cute, but they are well-made, stay up & fit me perfectly. I got a ton of compliments and plan to buy more.
This top is amazing and top notch quality. I'm petite and my regular size is XS and I ordered XS but it's too tight to use for workout. As soon as i contacted customer service to exchange it, Firm Abs kindly and generously sent me a bigger size as soon as I contacted them and they were ready with the tracking number before I even return the XS ones but unfortunately I still need a M to be very comfortable with these at the Gym.
I'm so happy I tried Firm Abs . I bought several outfits from them and they are all perfect and unique and I'll still buy more from them.
